The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Finish Carpenter / Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.
This role focuses on installing high-end finish carpentry in residential homes including trim packages, beams, paneling, and custom wood features.
You will work alongside a skilled team delivering projects where quality matters and craftsmanship is valued.
What You'll Be Installing
Installers are expected to have their own basic hand tools.
Boreal provides power tools, specialty tools, and consumables.
Compensation & Benefits
Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (40–45 hours/week)

What You'll Be Installing
- Interior doors and window packages
- Applied mouldings and trim packages
- Wall paneling and architectural mouldings
- Tongue and groove ceilings
- Decorative beams and wood features
- Hardware and finishing details
- 5+ years finish carpentry experience
- Strong knowledge of installation methods and woodworking materials
- Ability to read architectural drawings and plans
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to problem solve and plan installations effectively
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills

- Communicate with project managers and team members
- Minimum 5 years finish carpentry experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
