Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Track project schedules, approvals, and key milestones.
- Coordinate site measures, drawings, and material ordering.
- Manage project documentation through JobTread and Google Drive/Google Sheets.
- Prepare proposals, invoices, and change orders as needed.
- Keep JobTread updated with notes, dates, and client communications.
- Act as the main contact for clients, designers, and GCs throughout each project.
- Send project updates, confirmations, and schedule changes.
- Respond to calls and emails within 24 hours.
- Maintain Boreal’s reputation for professionalism and responsiveness.
- Work closely with the Stair Division Manager to manage day-to-day scheduling and priorities.
- Coordinate suppliers, deliveries, and on-site timing.
- Assist with estimating and tracking project progress.
- Support other Boreal divisions when required for crossover projects.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction coordination, project admin, or client service (stair or millwork experience is a plus).
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping details accurate.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and project software (JobTread or similar).
- Team-oriented, accountable, and able to take initiative.
